Cookie policy
Last updated:
Rentdossier only uses cookies that are needed for the site to work. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no other companies place cookies through our site. That's why you don't see a cookie banner: the law only requires permission for cookies that aren't strictly necessary.
The cookies we use
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
sb-…-auth-token | Keeps you logged in to your dossier. Only set after you log in. | Until you log out, at most 400 days |
When landlords can open dossiers, we will add one more necessary cookie that keeps a landlord's access to that one dossier for a short time after they enter their code. We will list it here.
No third parties
Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so opening a page doesn't send your IP address to Google or other companies. The free tools, like the rent calculator and the BSN cover tool, run entirely in your browser.
Removing cookies
You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you delete the login cookie, you simply log in again with a new code.
If we ever want to use cookies that need your permission, we will ask first. More about how we handle your data is in our privacy policy.
